I think in general the challenge is a good step, but there needs to be information more clearly shown and explained. Having a free park entry has shown as low as 70% happiness amongst guests. There's also inconsistancies in terms of their happiness with things that should generate any unhappiness. Even with entertainers and lower prices, the life of those shops just seem to completely become a hinderance after the first week of opening them. I also found that when you open balloon and hat shops, they sell really well to begin with then suddenly no one uses them. They also complain the queue is too long, when at best, there's maybe 6-10 people in line. Too often do guests complain that rides and shops are too expensive, only to suddenly change their mind and say it's too cheap. It is a good challenge but it needs to be clearer.
